Jammu is a city in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir in the disputed Kashmir region. It is the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir, which is an Indian-administered union territory. It is the headquarters and the largest city in Jammu district.

1) Vaishno Devi

Vaishno Devi (also known as Mata Rani, Trikuta, Ambe and Vaishnavi) is a manifestation of the Hindu mother goddess Durga or Adi Shakti.[1] The words "Maa" and "Mata" are commonly used in India for mother, and thus are often heavily used in connection with the goddess. Vaishno Devi took avatar from the combined energies of Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati.

2) Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden

It is the largest tulip garden in Asia spread over an area of about 30 ha (74 acres).Besides tulips, there are 46 varieties of flowers, including hyacinths, daffodils and ranunculus which were also brought from Holland.The tulip garden is home to around 68 varieties of tulips.

3) Shree Ranbireshwar Temple

Being the largest north Indian temple dedicated to Lord Shiva (a part of the holy trinity), the Ranbireshwar Temple is divided into two distinct halls that are adorned with idols of the two sons of Lord Shiva - Lord Ganesha and Lord Kartikeya.

4) Bahu Fort

The Bahu Fort is a historic fort in the city of Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. Constructed on the banks on Tawi River, the ancient fort is believed to have been constructed by Bahu Lochan - brother of the traditional founder of Jammu, Jambu Lochan. It is believed that the first renovation of this fort was undertaken during Dogra Rule in 18th century.[1] The fort is a religious place, and within its precincts has a temple dedicated to the Hindu goddess Kali. The temple is known locally as the "Bawe Wali Mata temple".
